our client, a prestigious investment bank.
Location: Singapore (preferably) or Hong Kong
Supervisory
Analyst/Editor Global Fixed Income and Economics Research
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve research in accordance with Rule 472 and with
departmental, firm and applicable regulatory requirements
- Edit research while reviewing it for Supervisory Analyst approval
- Apply all required disclosures and disclaimers
- Assist in database maintenance of analyst coverage and recommendations
to ensure accurate disclosures
- Liaise with Control Room and Research Compliance
- Participate in testing of departmental templates, applications and
systems
- Work on departmental compliance, database and technology related
projects
Requirements:
- Series 16
- Series 3, 4, 7, 24 and 63 desirable
- 3+ years’ experience approving research as a Supervisory Analyst
- CFA and/or analyst experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of research regulatory requirements and proven
ability to learn new policies and procedures
- Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
- Team player who can also work independently
